Usage
This joke can be used with any grab featuring a ball, or anything vaguely round, or can be used where "legalese" fine print appears or seems to be implied, often appearing as punctuation at the end of a long, ludicrous laundry list of items.
Origin
A Saturday Night Live parody commercial for a toy called the Happy Fun Ball, featuring a laundry list of warnings for the product including the ever popular, "Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball."
The entire "Happy Fun Ball" sketch was later captioned on Glitter's Cap-Page Board back in 2004. It was also the basis for the Happy Fun Brigadier joke.
